By placing an order with Toffi you agree to the terms below. Please read them before ordering.

1. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Upon successful completion of a transaction, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable License to Use the custom livery assets.

• All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of the designs, textures, and assets remain exclusively with the Creator (poprostutoffi).
• The purchase does not constitute a transfer of ownership; it solely permits the Client to utilize the assets within the designated platform (e.g., Roblox).

2. Roblox Transaction Fees (Tax)

When opting to fulfill payments via Robux, the Client is strictly required to cover the platform's transaction fees.

• As of the current date (07/07/2026), Roblox enforces a 30% marketplace tax.
• The Client must adjust the final payment amount upwards to ensure that the Creator receives the full, net agreed-upon price after the platform deduction (e.g., if the net price is R$1,000, the Client must pay the gross amount that yields exactly R$1,000 to the Creator)

3. Redistribution, Reselling, and Commercial Restrictions

The Client is strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of unauthorized distribution regarding the delivered assets or configuration codes.

• Any form of reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, sharing, or leaking the livery assets or codes to third parties is a severe violation of this agreement.
• Violation of this clause will result in an immediate and permanent revocation of the usage license, blacklisting from all future services, and potential DMCA copyright strikes.

4. Portfolio and Promotional Rights

By default, all commissioned liveries and custom designs remain eligible for inclusion in the Creator's professional portfolio.

• poprostutoffi reserves the right to display showcases, screenshots, and descriptions of the commissioned work across public portfolios, social media, and Discord servers for promotional purposes.

5. Exclusivity Clauses

• 5.1. Pre-Commencement Request: The Client maintains the right to request Exclusivity for their commission prior to the formal initiation of the project. If granted, the Creator agrees not to resell, redistribute, or replicate the exact design for other clients without prior written consent.
• 5.2. Post-Commencement Request: Requests for Exclusivity made after work on the commission has officially commenced are subject to approval and will incur an additional fee equivalent to 35% of the original total contract price.

6. Client Cooperation & Communication

The efficiency and quality of the commission depend heavily on active cooperation.

• The Client is obligated to remain responsive to inquiries throughout the design process.
• To facilitate accurate results, the Client must provide all necessary reference materials - including but not limited to high-resolution logos, specific fonts, and exact color palettes (HEX/RGB codes) - in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in project delays or a final product based on the Creator's best judgment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version shown on this page applies to new orders.
